2024 NAMIWalks

The 2024 NAMIWalks NYC + Mental Health Street Fest was an incredible success with over 1 million dollars raised. NAMI has reached 96% of their fundraising goal— donate today to help them reach 100% of their goal! Artist Calicho joined the event and painted a live You Are Not Alone mural in Spanish. The day was an amazing celebration of New York community and a special day to come together to uplift and advocate for access to mental health resources. Thank you to NAMI NYC for their continued support of the project!

Watch a recap of the 2024 NAMIWalks here!

Meet the Artist: Calicho

Calicho first joined the project for the 2022 Seaport MuralFest. Since then, he has remained a central artist and supporter of You Are Not Alone Murals. We are so grateful to have Calicho as part of our You Are Not Alone Murals community!

Calicho Arevalo is an internationally acclaimed artist based in NYC, celebrated for his vibrant large-scale paintings, murals, sculptures, and digital art. Born in Bogota, Colombia, he seamlessly integrates four essential elements into his creations:three-line stripes, wildlife, doodles, and portals.

Check out his website and Instagram to learn more about his work!
