Cristina Pagnoncelli, Rua Conselheiro Carrão, 260, Rua Alberto Bolliger, 120 - Juvevê, Curitiba
Artist statement: I was very excited when @dirtybandits reached me to be part on this amazing art movement to bring awareness to mental health in such a difficult time. Specially on these days here in Brazil, when we have been suffering a lot with a terrible government and a lack of social support on this pandemic context. Also, I guess we all have already felt alone and uncomprehended some time in ours lives. And when the feeling of loneliness comes, it’s devastating. Sometimes we don’t even have the strength and the courage to look for somebody to help us. That is why I think is so important to talk about it, to encourage people to seek help and to share their pain, cause at the end, we realize we are all going through some shit, and there is always a way out.
