Artist Statement: It's my long lasting project now. We already done a mural in the beginning of the year and now this one in Graça. Just this powerful feeling of solidarity, love and care just made me reinforce the message of why it is so important to create and paint with others, giving the sense of community, helping the community, so we created @lisbonwallscolective. With the intention to create more walls all over Portugal. I focus all my energy in creating awareness and urging people to seek help and this time we had the support of ordem dos psicologos s where you can talk to a psycologist finding the : Eu sinto me, on their page, My hopes is that they see one of the murals we made, and think about finding help. most likely some wont have have the energy to go find help, so I am hopeful that maybe if they see a wall and not you are not alone, maybe they won't feel that alone, so this is why I did it, and I will keep creating more and more murals and calling all the artists to join, wherever I go around the world. And for this mural I organised along side with the collective we founded with the same artists of the wall in Elevador da Gloria in the beginning of the year now we are Lisbon walls collective and we all got together to paint the mural in Graça, and we saw the difference that it was just being there present and talking to people, plus we had a food sponsorship by mbqempanadas and paint from yes you can spray that is now part of the collective to. We all want to keep on creating. I am very thankful to be part of so much kindness and love.
